New residents are happily at home. 800 Silver Lake, like the rest of our neighborhood remains entirely residential!

1992 - 1998 - Zoning Administration proceedings in response to complaints
1998 - Last use as house of worship following nuisance abatement proceedings
1999 - Foreclosure, property transfers to William Little
2003 - 2004 - Peter Mernick purchases & totally renovates for adaptive re-use as a luxury artist loft-style residence
2004 - Zoning Administrator designates property as a single family dwelling
​2005 - Jonathan Delgatto purchases & occupies residence
2007 - 2012 Zachary Krug leases & occupies residence
2012 - April - Clint Lukens purchases property in bidding war
2012 - late May - Lukens' staff move in office supplies; workers jackhammer slab floor to accommodate power cables
2012 - early June - Workers install twelve (12) work stations
2012 - June 5 - Building & Safety rep delivers home/work conditions, disallowing operations to commence
2012 - Oct 11 - Lukens applies for multiple variances
2013 - June 13 - Zoning Administrator's Hearing
